And now, with Summer Spotlight all wrapped up, it's time for me to take a blogging break! I need these blogging breathers once in while to catch up on reading and on life!
Expect to see me back sometime in September with reviews of some great new releases (ISLA is on my radar, as is Trial by Fire by Josie Angelini) and possibly some new features too!
See you then!
P.S: I'll still be hanging out on Twitter and Goodreads during my break if you want to say hi! :)

ReplyDeleteEleanor and Park :) I loved it!
ReplyDeleteI read The Age of Miracles (by Karen Thompson Walker), and it absolutely rocked my socks. It was the perfect summer read for me - I needed something thought-provoking, slow-paced, something that could transport me elsewhere, and let my brain rest without boring me. And this book was so perfect for it. To me, it was the perfect book to read while lazing on the bed with the fan on during a hot summer evening.
ReplyDelete(I reviewed it on my blog if anyone's interested: https://thekingioncewas.wordpress.com/2014/08/03/the-age-of-miracles-review/ -- I don't mean to spam or anything.)
My favorite summer read was Eleanor & Park!!
