I KNOW!
I said I was taking a blog break, and I am -but I couldn't resist checking in today to celebrate the release of Isla and the Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins. I've been wanting to read this book for a long, long time now and it's finally HERE!
So, are you reading?
Got a little ISLA party planned?
Were you lucky enough to get your hands on an early copy? If so, what did you think?
I'd love to know!
Happy ISLA day!
P.S: Anna and the French Kiss, Lola and the Boy Next Door and an Interview with Stephanie Perkins from way back in the archives.
Yay! So excited for this book! I need to get my hands on a copy. Did you get an ARC? I need to buy a copy to go with my Anna and Lola on my bookshelf. I hope you are enjoying your blogging break and it includes some beach time! ;)
ReplyDeleteI didn't get an ARC - they didn't send out any ARCs over here as far as I know. I just bought the eBook and will start reading later! :)

ReplyDeleteNot much beach time at the moment. All the rain!
Super excited for this book! I'm hoping to make it to the bookstore today to pick it up :)
ReplyDeleteI'm listening to Lola and loving it so much more than Anna. I think I was on a funk when I read Anna and I didn't fully appreciate it. Isla is up next (audio also) and I'm really looking forward to it.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy! I'm reading it now and it's very good so far! :)
ReplyDeleteAnna is one of my all time favourites! I've read it three times now and i rarely re-read. Read it again!! ;) Isla is very good so far! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so so excited for Isla! It's probably the most excited I've ever been about a contemporary (usually I'm the epic fantasy or sci-fi or paranormal kind of reader....but this time?! ISLA). I loved Anna and Lola (can't even pick a favourite. XD) so I'm pretty sure this'll be another adorable and squishy read.
ReplyDeleteLove in Darkness by E. M. Tippetts! :D Great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely "Half Bad", by Sally Green!
ReplyDeleteI was lucky enough to get an ARC when Stephanie visited Manila in July and read it immediately when I got home. I thought it was fantastic and much much better than Lola! Anna is still my favorite but I'm glad that my expectations were met with this one. :)
ReplyDeleteThe Truth About Forever is my pick of the books you have reviewed. Romance with a bit of fun with a realistic, feel good feeling to it. I don't need too much 'swoon' if the story's good and entertaining.
ReplyDeleteIsla is so adorable! I finished it last night. So happy making! :))
ReplyDeleteSame here! I enjoyed this one much more than Lola - but I think Anna is still my fave! I loved when everyone paid a visit to Paris. Sometimes I think that the second book should have focused on a character we already knew (Meredith in Rome, maybe) instead of introducing a new set of characters.
ReplyDeleteI loved reading Shiva Trilogy. Its worth reading!
ReplyDeleteMy favourie has definitely been Allegiant by Veronica Roth :)
ReplyDeleteMy favourite book this summer is "The Fault in Our Stars" John Green.
ReplyDeleteBloom: Finding Beauty in the Unexpected—A Memoir by Kelle Hampton has been my favorite summer read this year.
ReplyDeleteOh man I'm such a fail on this series. I really loved book 1 when I read it back when but I never continued with the series for some reason. I really have to read Lola which I even have on my shelves!
ReplyDeleteits a greek book its called --- next by the sea..
ReplyDeleteI'm currently reading Thinner by Stephen King
ReplyDeleteMy favorite summer read was Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell.
ReplyDeleteI just finished The One and absolutly loved it
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is Something Sweeter by Candis Terry :)

ReplyDeleteLove by Colleen Hoover
Personally I blame my fairy godmother was so good and bought from a charity book stall!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite summer reads so far are We Were Liars by E. Lockhart and Nil by Lynne Matson.
ReplyDeleteThanks for a giveaway! :)
