Loved learning more where Dianne got the idea for her fantastic book. And it was so interesting reading how she and her whole family went to visit the graves. Amazing where story ideas can come from.
ReplyDeleteHi Dianne! I am hoping to get to more bookish events now that my little guy is a year old now. OMG--isn't Centralia super weird? It has really made an impression on me. I can't wait to read Caged Graves! :)
ReplyDeleteSO AWESOME LEANNA!!! Thanks so much for sharing the info about this auction, I'll definitely be checking the link out. My sister in law is from the Philippines and her entire family is still there, so we we're waiting with breath held to hear from them. They're all okay, but so many aren't, and I think it's fantastic all these authors want to help!
ReplyDeleteAww. This is amazing! I'm also from the Philippines but our area wasn't affected but whoever thought of this auction is a genius and has a big heart! I can't participate in this auction though, because I'm just 14 years old. :( But I'll try to spread this! <3
ReplyDeleteLeanna, thanks for hosting me on your blog! And I have to wave hello to Christina -- whom I've met once or twice at local events, but not since she had her little one!
ReplyDeleteAs for the Poconos, Christina is right. The whole area is CHOCK FULL of weird stories. I passed right by Centralia when driving to Catawissa from our ski condo at Jack Frost Mountain. There could be a whole novel right there, too!
