Guys -- this is my first time using New Blogger and I am so confused! Who knows if this post will even go live, but if it does, hi and welcome to another UK Cover Alerts post!
The ending of Until I Die by Amy Plum completely killed me and I totally can't wait to find out how the story ends in If I Should Die released in May 2013. Oh, such a long wait! Also included in this post are the lovely new UK covers for Hysteria by Megan Miranda, Undone by Cat Clarke and A Witch Alone by Ruth Warburton all of which are on my wish list! :)
Let me know what you think of these covers in comments!

Mallory's life is
falling apart. Her boyfriend was stabbed. He bled to death in her

what happened that night. She only remembers the fear ...When Mallory's
parents send her away to a boarding school, she thinks she can escape
the gossip and the threats. But someone, or something, has followed her.
There's the hand that touches her shoulder when she's drifting off to
sleep. A voice whispering her name. And everyone knows what happened. So
when a pupil is found dead, Mallory's name is on their lips. Her past
can be forgotten but it's never gone. Can Mallory live with that?
US Cover Art:
Finally, here's the cover for Cat Clarke's third novel Undone. Confession: I have yet to read Entangled or Torn even though I have copies just sitting here waiting for me. I really need to get to them soon. I love the sound of Undone. Can't wait to read it!
Publisher: Quercus
Release date: January 2013
Ages: 14+
Jem is determined to avenge the death of Kai - her beloved best friend who was driven to desperation after being 'outed' by the popular crew at school. Transforming herself from introverted emo to in-crowd acceptable, Jem becomes part of the clique. She's going to take down those responsible, one by one.
But what if Kai was keeping secrets from Jem? Could her quest for revenge be directed at the wrong people? And can Jem find out what really happened before someone else gets hurt?
I'm playing catch-up with Ruth Warburton's Winter series. I still need to read the second book but I'll get to it soon. I'm saving it for a stormy winters night! In the meantime, here's the cover for the third and final book in the trilogy, A Witch Alone, releasing in February 2013.

Oh wow! I love the If I Should Die cover...it's awesome! Can't wait to finish that series- definitely one of my guilty pleasures. :) Thanks for sharing this!
ReplyDeleteI really liked that cover for Hysteria and it seems to show more about the story than the UK one. But I love the typography of the UK cover, as well as a blood splotches on the sides.
ReplyDeleteThis is the first I've heard of Undone. I like the cover, but the way the hair is flowing... it looks kind of awkward to me. I don't know. I love the typography though, and the colour scheme is pretty eye-catching. I LOVED Entangled. Haven't yet grabbed Torn though.
The model for A Witch Alone looks funny to me. I think it's just the way the hair is positioned that makes her torso look broader or something, or like her head's been photoshopped in. Also, her dress strap is showing. :P My favourite is #2, the expression for #1 looks a bit stoner...

I'd already seen Undone and A Witch Alone, which look fab, but oh wow, Hysteria looks GREAT! I really enjoyed Fracture so thrilled there's a new Megan Miranda coming along!
ReplyDeleteThe UK cover of Hysteria is GREAT! darn near scared me. The others are ok.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to find out what happens in the third book after what happened at the end of the last one. Broke my heart!
ReplyDeleteYou're the second person whose said that to me about the model on the cover of A Witch Alone!
ReplyDeleteI really like the UK cover of Hysteria. I think that one is my fave - just about!
I didn't enjoy Fracture as much as I'd hoped to, but I'm really excited for Hysteria. Love the sound of that one!
ReplyDeleteI love that cover too! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure how I feel about the If I Should Die cover - I love the oranges but I don't think I'm loving the heart. Everything else is gorgeous though! And I LOVE the UK cover of Hysteria, it's so much better than the US one! Undone sounds amazing as well, can't wait for that:)
ReplyDeleteNow that you've said it, I'm not crazy about he heart either. I prefer the swirl effect on the first two books. The heart wasn't bugging me until you said it, but now it kind of is! ha! Love the cover of Hysteria too!
ReplyDeleteLove them all!! If I Should Die is my absolute favourite though. Can't believe I'll be in Paris in less than 48 hours, wandering the streets where Vincent and Kate fell in love:)
ReplyDeleteAhhh!!! I love If I Should Die's cover. I hope there's a synopsis soon.
ReplyDeleteHave lots of fun in Paris! I love it there. <3
ReplyDeleteMe too. Can't wait to find out how it all ends for Kate and Vincent! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the cover of Undone! I do like the UK Hysteria cover too, but I think I prefer the US one. Like the colouring of If I Should Die, but not too sure about the rest. Thanks for sharing!
