Happy ISLA day!

I know, I know...

I KNOW!

I said I was taking a blog break, and I am -but I couldn't resist checking in today to celebrate the release of Isla and the Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins. I've been wanting to read this book for a long, long time now and it's finally HERE!

So, are you reading?

Got a little ISLA party planned?

Were you lucky enough to get your hands on an early copy? If so, what did you think?

I'd love to know!

Happy ISLA day!

Yay! So excited for this book! I need to get my hands on a copy. Did you get an ARC? I need to buy a copy to go with my Anna and Lola on my bookshelf. I hope you are enjoying your blogging break and it includes some beach time! ;)

  2. I didn't get an ARC - they didn't send out any ARCs over here as far as I know. I just bought the eBook and will start reading later! :)

  5. I'm listening to Lola and loving it so much more than Anna. I think I was on a funk when I read Anna and I didn't fully appreciate it. Isla is up next (audio also) and I'm really looking forward to it.

  8. I'm so so excited for Isla! It's probably the most excited I've ever been about a contemporary (usually I'm the epic fantasy or sci-fi or paranormal kind of reader....but this time?! ISLA). I loved Anna and Lola (can't even pick a favourite. XD) so I'm pretty sure this'll be another adorable and squishy read.

  11. I was lucky enough to get an ARC when Stephanie visited Manila in July and read it immediately when I got home. I thought it was fantastic and much much better than Lola! Anna is still my favorite but I'm glad that my expectations were met with this one. :)

  12. The Truth About Forever is my pick of the books you have reviewed. Romance with a bit of fun with a realistic, feel good feeling to it. I don't need too much 'swoon' if the story's good and entertaining.

  14. Same here! I enjoyed this one much more than Lola - but I think Anna is still my fave! I loved when everyone paid a visit to Paris. Sometimes I think that the second book should have focused on a character we already knew (Meredith in Rome, maybe) instead of introducing a new set of characters.

  19. Oh man I'm such a fail on this series. I really loved book 1 when I read it back when but I never continued with the series for some reason. I really have to read Lola which I even have on my shelves!
